My Tasks

Under "My Tasks" you see which tasks you have to complete in your role as a Practitioner.

As a Practitioner user you are responsible for a range of tasks. These are, for example, measures that you implement with your expertise, or analyses that you answer through your specialist knowledge. In this way you support your colleagues, who bear responsibility for the entire management system.

In the menu on the left side you get a quick overview of all your tasks. By double-clicking a task you are forwarded to it.

These menu items and how you work with the respective elements in them, we discuss on the respective subpages:

Profile	With a click on your name at the top left you get to your user profile
Measures	Measures allows you to submit progress reports or to submit suggestions for future measures.
Controls	Under this item you can implement or review controls.
Reviews	Under Reviews you can answer gap analyses or protection needs analyses.
Processing activities	"Processing activities" allows you to edit processing activities in data protection.
Risks & Opportunities	Under Risks & Opportunities you can, as a risk owner, assess or submit risks.
Reports	With "Tickets" you can contribute tips or report incidents.

Scenarios

How exactly you will use HITGuard depends on your specific tasks. Here we have compiled some scenarios for you:

As the head of HR, the organizing of awareness training is assigned to you. You follow the link in the e-mail, report on the progress and are then finished.
As the head of sales, a protection needs analysis is sent to you annually, which you then update.
As a central employee in IT, questionnaires are repeatedly sent to you, which you answer regularly. When answering, you also submit some suggestions for helpful measures right away.
As a team leader, you log into HITGuard weekly in order to monitor the tasks that your team has to work through. In doing so, you revise the suggestions of your colleagues and leave a few notes for them behind.
