Beachten Sie das vorletzte Modul „Administration“.]] Expert-User sind die mächtigste Rolle im System und daher für die leitenden Funktionen im Managementsystem vorgesehen. Sie können alles, was Professional und Practitioner können (siehe oben). Zusätzlich können Experts einige Spezialfunktionen nutzen, etwa den [[Special:MyLanguage/Fortschrittsmeldungen#Eingreifen_in_Fortschrittsmeldungen|Bearbeitungsmodus für Autorisierte]]. Außerdem verwalten Experts auch grundlegende Einstellungen, Managementsysteme, Auswertungstools und Stammdaten. Dafür haben Experts Zugang zu dem Modul „Administration“: 
grundlegende Einstellungen Expert-User können grundlegende Einstellungen, die für die gesamte HITGuard Installation gelten, in den [[Special:MyLanguage/Globale_Einstellungen|globalen Einstellungen]] und der [[Special:MyLanguage/Risikopolitik|Risikopolitik]] machen. Experts haben außerdem Zugang zu den Einstellungen der jeweiligen Module (Im Screenshot sieht man die Risikomanagement-Einstellungen im geöffneten Modul als untersten Punkt). 
Managementsysteme Genau wie Professionals müssen Experts im [[Special:MyLanguage/Managementsysteme|Managementsystem]] hinzugefügt werden, um die Daten darin einsehen zu können. Experts können [[Special:MyLanguage/Managementsysteme|Managementsysteme]] aber auch erstellen und verwalten. Das bedeutet Experts entscheiden zB, welche anderen Benutzer (Experts, Professionals und Observer) sie zu ihrem Managementsystem hinzufügen und welche nicht. 
Auswertungstool Außerdem kann ein Expert die Strukturanalyse verwenden. Diese ist ein zentrales Modellierungstool, mit dem man die Stammdaten, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken in Beziehung setzen und auswerten kann. Mehr darüber erfahren Sie [[Special:MyLanguage/Strukturanalyse|hier]].

Stammdaten Die Arbeit in HITGuard baut auf Stammdaten und anderen grundlegenden Daten auf, die von Expert Usern verwaltet werden. Einen Überblick über diese Daten bietet ihnen die folgende Tabelle:

Expert users are the most powerful role in the system and are therefore intended for managerial functions within the management system. They can do everything that Professionals and Practitioners can do (see above). In addition, Experts can use certain special functions, such as the authorized editing mode. Experts also manage basic settings, management systems, evaluation tools, and master data. For this purpose, Experts have access to the “Administration” module:

basic settings
Expert users can configure basic settings that apply to the entire HITGuard installation in the global settings and the risk policy. Experts also have access to the settings of the respective modules (the screenshot shows the risk management settings as the last item in the open module).

management systems
Just like Professionals, Experts must be added to the management system to view its data. However, Experts can also create and manage management systems. This means that Experts decide, for example, which other users (Experts, Professionals, and Observers) they add to their management system and which they do not.

evaluation tool
In addition, an Expert can use the structural analysis. This is a central modeling tool used to relate and evaluate master data, dependencies, and risks. Learn more about it here.

master data
Work in HITGuard is based on master data and other fundamental data that are managed by Expert users. The following table provides an overview of this data:
