What first steps should I take towards working with the doc management?

Once you have implemented a management system you can start working with the doc management module via the following steps.

1. Acquire the license for the doc management add-on, feel free to contact office@togethersecure.at for this.
   We activate the add-on for you.
2. Distribute the expert, professional, and/or observer role for "DM" under Administration > User roles.

Persons with the respective rights can see the new menu item Doc management. This contains the pages Documents, Report archive, and Uploaded attachments. Persons with the expert role but without DM rights cannot see the page Documents, but do see the pages Report archive and Uploaded attachments within the Administration menu.
