- Suppliers can be created and their basic data recorded here. Next to code and name this also includes details regarding the address and general contact. One or more users can be created for the suppliers, who are then provided a special login for HITGuard.
You receive the following new options in the gap analysis with this add-on:

Mit diesem Add-on können Sie es Lieferanten ermöglichen, sich an einem eigenen Lieferantenportal anzumelden:

Wie wird das Supplier Risk Management aktiviert?
Nachdem Sie das SRM lizenziert haben, wird es Ihnen von uns freigeschalten. Dann sind durch Sie folgende Schritte zu setzen, um das SRM nutzen zu können:
- Unter Administration > Benutzerrollen die Rolle Experte, Professional oder Beobachter im "SRM" vergeben.
- Unter Administration > Globale Einstellungen einen Firmennamen vergeben.
- Unter Administration > Lieferanten diese anlegen und Benutzer dazu erstellen.
- Unter Risikomanagement > Einstellungen die Checkbox "Lieferantenbewertung" aktivieren.
