What first steps should I take towards working with the ESG module?

Once you have implemented a management system you can start working with the ESG module via the following steps.

1. Acquire the license for the ESG add-on, feel free to contact office@togethersecure.at for this.
   We activate the add-on for you.
2. Distribute the expert, professional, and/or observer role for "ESG" under Administration > User roles.
3. Activate the ESG under Risk management > Settings for the current management system.

Impacts

This menu item is available when the ESG is activated. Create positive and negative impacts and describe the effects your organization has on its environment through them.

ESG topics

This menu item is available when the ESG is activated. Import fields of action here or create them manually. Then you can link the fields of action with risks, opportunities, and impacts and thus determine their score.

ESG thresholds and KPI

Under Risk management > Settings you can set the thresholds for the ESG if it is activated. With this you configure from which score on a field of action is material and thus reportable. The KPI "Double materiality" shows a grey background for non-material fields of action.
