In selectable lists, all elements can be selected or deselected at once with these buttons. Example: Selection of organizational units for an analysis period. |

In tables with adjustable sorting order, individual elements can be moved up or down with these buttons. Example: Moving organizational units in the organizational structure. |

Mails can be sent with this button. This concerns the sending of test-mails under Administration → Global settings and within a management system, where the e-mail settings can be further adjusted. Find more on e-mail settings here. When creating reports with revision information in the report archive and when editing report archive entries, reports can be sent to specific recipients with this button. In this case, the e-mail is not sent directly, but an .eml file is downloaded. Find more on the report archive here. |
