Rough overview of the review workflow

What is a review?

In HITGuard there are the following kinds of reviews:

• protection needs analysis
• gap analysis
• review result

For every type of review the master data can be recorded, as well as responsible and interview partners. They can be created as an interview or self assessment and be filled in with the interview partners or be sent to them for answering.

How is a review created?

Experts and Professionals can freely create reviews or create them in the course of an audit, for which they can use a dedicated planner.

How are reviews answered?

There are two ways to answer reviews. Interviews are filled in by auditors (and co-auditors) together with the interview partners. Self assessments are sent to the interiew partners and then answered and returned by them. Responsibles, too, can answer questions.

How are reviews completed?

When the auditors are happy with the answers, the review can be completed.

How are revaluations done?

When a review is completed, the contained review objects (question blocks) are available for revaluation. If such a review object is added to a new review, it's possible to create a revaluation instead of a first-time evaluation. In this case none, some, or all of the previous answers can be taken over or everything can be filled in anew.

Who receives an e-mail when?

Interview partner:

• Receives an e-mail when they are assigned a self assessment for answering.
• Receives an e-mail when their expertise is no longer needed (e.g., another interview partner has answered the questions).
• Receives an e-mail when a reworking of the self assessment is needed.

Lead auditor:

• Receives an e-mail when an answered self assessment is returned.
