The ESG management add-on helps you with the management of ESG topics and enables you to perform the double materiality analysis after CSRD and ESRS.
The following menu items are enabled with this add-on:
- Impacts are effects an organization has on its environment. These can be positive or negative. In double materiality they are used for the analysis of the inside-out perspective, or impact materiality. Opposite them are risks and opportunities, which show the financial materiality, or outside-in perspective.
- ESG topics are fields of action from the areas of E - Environmental, S - Social, and G - Governance. These are needed for sustainability reporting according to EU Directive CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). Which of the topics must be included in the reporting is the result of double materiality analysis, also done in this menu item.
You receive the following new KPI with this add-on:
- This KPI offers information on the fields of action of the current management system. It is possible to configure, whether all fields of action are to be displayed (for this, select the lowest level), whether they should be grouped by areas (for this, select levels from the middle), or whether all fields should be summarized in one bubble (for this, select the top level).
Wie wird das ESG Management aktiviert?
Nachdem Sie das ESG Management lizenziert haben, wird es Ihnen von uns freigeschalten. Dann sind durch Sie folgende Schritte zu setzen, um das ESG Management nutzen zu können:
- Unter Administration > Benutzerrollen die Rolle Experte, Professional oder Beobachter im "ESG" vergeben.
- Unter Risikomanagement > Einstellungen die Checkbox "ESG" aktivieren.
