<u>Privat:</u>
*Stellen Sie das Risiko/die Chance auf privat, so wird das Risiko/die Chance nur noch im aktuellen Managementsystem angezeigt. Andernfalls ist es in jedem Managementsystem sichtbar und kann für jede Klassifikation von Schadensausmaß und Nutzen bewertet werden.
*Maßnahmen, Kontrollen, Bedrohungen und Abweichungen sind allerdings nur in den jeweiligen Managementsystemen zu sehen, in denen diese erstellt wurden, unabhängig davon, ob das Risiko oder die Chance als privat gekennzeichnet wurde.

:: Damit kann von den Sachbearbeitern eine Überprüfung/Neubewertung des Risikos/der Chance angefordert werden. Die Sachbearbeiter finden angeforderte Überprüfungen unter ihren Aufgaben in [[Special:MyLanguage/Meine_Aufgaben_Gefährdungslagen |"Meine Aufgaben → Risiken & Chancen"]].
* Überprüfung akzeptieren
:: Wird die Überprüfung vom Sachbearbeiter retourniert, kann sie hier akzeptiert werden. Sollten die Überprüfung nicht passen, kann sie auch erneut angefordert werden.

Private:

If you set the hazard situation to private, the hazard situation will only be displayed in the current management system. Otherwise, it is visible in any management system and can be evaluated for any damage extent classification.
However, measures, controls, and deviations are only visible in the respective management systems in which they were created, regardless of whether the hazard situation was marked as private.

This allows advisors to request a review/reassessment of the hazard situation. Advisors will find requested reviews in their tasks in "My Tasks → Hazard Situation".

Accept review

If the review is returned by the advisor, it can be accepted here. If the review is incorrect or insufficient, it can also be requested again.
