To create an audit you must navigate to the "Create Audit" screen.
For this:
# navigate to Audit Management via the menu. ( Risk management → Audit Management)
# afterwards you can already see the list of audits, as shown in the screenshot below.
# now you just have to click the button "Create Audit". <br>

To create or edit an audit, navigate to <i>Audit Management → [[Special:MyLanguage/Auditplanung|Audit Planning]]</i>.
To create a new audit, click the plus button in the overview; to edit an audit, double-click the desired audit. The form for creating or editing will then open.
If you only want to create a blocker, you can click the small triangle next to the plus button.

<b>Divisions:</b> Here, you can select which of the divisions assigned to the organizational unit are actually audited during the audit.
* The principal auditor is responsible for conducting the audit.
* The other examiners are present during the interview with the principal examiner, but need not necessarily have any influence on an interview.


<u>Responsible users:</u><br>
<b>Audit criteria:</b> The audit can be assigned standards and norms that specify what is audited (independently of the certifications of the organizational unit).
* The persons entered here are questioned during the audits.

<b>Focuses:</b> Here, you can specify the focus of the audit. If the audit is part of an audit program, the focus or focuses of the audit program are automatically used.

To create or edit an audit, navigate to Audit Management → Audit Planning. To create a new audit, click the plus button in the overview; to edit an audit, double-click the desired audit.
