* Enthaltene OrgEhs: Organisationseinheiten können in Analysezeiträumen aktiviert und deaktiviert werden, indem man ein Häkchen setzt oder entfernt. HITGuard wird Ihnen die deaktivierte OrgEhs nicht in den diversen Auswahlfeldern anbieten. So können Sie den Fokus auf Teile der Organisation richten, ohne von den deaktivierten OrgEHs gestört zu werden. 
Hinweis: Sie können eine OrgEh nur deaktivieren, wenn ihr keine offenen [[Special:MyLanguage/Aktuelle_Maßnahmen|Maßnahmen]], [[Special:MyLanguage/Kontrolldefinitionen|Kontrollen]] oder [[Special:MyLanguage/Verarbeitungstätigkeit|Verarbeitungstätigkeiten]] zugeordnet sind. 
Erstellen Sie neue OrgEhs, sind sie hier verfügbar. Das Häkchen der neuen OrgEh übernimmt dabei immer die Häkchensetzung ihrer übergeordneten OrgEh. Wenn Sie eine OrgEh erstellen, die keine übergeordnete OrgEH hat, so wird kein Häkchen gesetzt.
In der Praxis bedeutet das für die meisten Kunden, dass sie zunächst eine OrgEH anlegen, die ihre gesamte Organisation repräsentiert und dann ins Managementsystem wechseln, um sie zu aktivieren. Dann werden alle weiteren OrgEHs, die sie unter der gesamten Organisation anlegen, automatisch aktiviert.

Included OrgUnits: Organizational units (OUs) can be activated and deactivated in analysis periods by checking or unchecking a box. HITGuard will not offer you the deactivated OUs in the various selection fields. This allows you to focus on certain parts of the organization without being distracted by the deactivated OUs.

Note: You can only deactivate an OU if it has no open measures, controls or processing activities assigned to it.
When you create new OUs, they are available here. The check mark for the new OU always adopts the check mark setting of its parent OU. If you create an Organizational unitsthat does not have a parent OU, no check mark is set. In practice, this means that most customers first create an OU that represents their entire organization and then switch to the management system to activate it. All other OUs that they create under the entire organization are then automatically activated.
