- Save: In case you adjusted a significant value (status, probability of occurrence, severity/benefit, strategy, or monetary impact), HITGuard will require you to enter a justification for the change log, which is then stored in the temporal development section.
- Request update: This button starts the workflow. HITGuard sends the risk to the users listed in the Advisor field and gives them the option to update it. In a pop up you can write a message to the Advisors to provide context. Additionally, HITGuard sends an automatic e mail to the Advisors. It will include the message in the content of the e-mail.
