1. Open the Settings on the Windows server.
2. Navigate to Time & Language.
3. Click on Add language. (Depending on the Windows Server version, you can add only the speech package directly under Language)
4. Select German (Germany) and English (USA) from the list.
5. Make sure that the Text-to-Speech option is activated.
6. Restart the application (stop and start in IIS Manager)
7. Check if the correct language is used for the TTS output of the captcha <domain>/CmWb/SecurityQuery. If it is not used, try to restart the complete server.
