In HITGuard, whistleblowers can report incidents, or employees and other stakeholders can ask questions. For this, there is a dedicated portal that can be activated to submit reports. These reports are sent to the staff of the management system so that they can answer and process them. Reports can be open or anonymous depending on the setting.
