To organize review questions hierarchically, double-click the review question you want to make a sub-question and select the parent question (only a single level is supported, meaning sub-questions cannot have further sub-questions). You can then choose when the subordinate question should be displayed, depending on which answer is selected for the structure question. You can also control which answers are entered if the question is not displayed.
