RTO:
- RTO or Recovery Time Objective indicates how long a business process/system may be unavailable. The RTO specifies the time that may elapse from the moment of damage until the complete restoration of the business processes (restoration of: infrastructure – data – reworking of data – resumption of activities).
- Undefined means that the RTO of this resource is no longer relevant.
- Secured means that, for example, an SLA or another type of contract exists in which the provider of the resource guarantees a certain RTO. This document can also be stored at this point.
- The RTO can be specified in hours but also in minutes. In both cases, the value is then converted into hours and shown as a decimal number in the overview.
- Note: The RTO is only displayed for the resource if the protection target RTO is used in the management system.
