• The review questions are templates for gap analyses. You can set the range of possible answers in the templates in the knowledge base. When the templates are then used as review questions in a gap analysis, you can use them to track which criteria your organization meets or does not meet. For example, you can answer the review question “Has a risk management guideline been developed?” with “YES” or “NO.” To simplify the evaluation of review questions, you can set up a standard mapping. We explain the Standard Mapping Dialog here.
  Note: In the knowledge base, under the “Questions” tab, you will find only a pool of review questions. The review questions are structured only through topics. Therefore, review questions cannot be assigned individually to gap analyses. Review questions can only be assigned along with a topic.
