- If a PA in the latest version is no longer up-to-date and must therefore be adapted, it is possible to update the PA.
- To update a processing activity, select the desired processing activity by clicking on it. Then click on "Update PA" at the top. This will copy the PA, update it to a new version, set it to draft status and you will be redirected to the new PA.
- Then you must Edit the processing activity.
