All created text blocks of the current management system can be found under "Administration → Text blocks". Text blocks can be created in multiple languages by Experts. They can then be used for sending e-mails by Experts and Professionals or they are displayed in the whistleblower system.
Create/edit and use text blocks
When creating a text block, make sure that the correct management system has been selected, as text blocks are only available in the management systems they were created in. Click the "Plus" button to create a new text block. Double click an existing text block to edit it.
A name can be entered for each text block.
Text blocks can be deleted so long as they have not been used, or in the case of report archive text blocks when the report archive entries using them have themselves been deleted. Text blocks that are still in use but should not be used again in the future can be deactivated and are then no longer available for selection.
Types of text blocks
Report archive - e-mail
Title and text are created for sending e-mails. The title is used as the subject for the e-mail, the text for the content. The text can be formatted and will then be sent in that format, provided you have HTML and/or rich-text enabled in your e-mail program. Otherwise, the text will be exported without formatting.
The name is displayed when selecting a text block for sending a report via e-mail. This name is not part of the e-mail.
Whistleblower system - Welcome text
Titel und Text werden für die Startseite des Hinweisgebersystems erstellt. Der Titel ergibt die Überschrift des Willkommenstexts. Der Text selbst kann formatiert werden und wird dann auch in dieser Formatierung auf der Startseite angezeigt. Enthaltene Bilder werden ebenfalls angezeigt. Die Bezeichnung des Textbausteins wird im Hinweisgebersystem nicht angezeigt.

Der Text wird für die Meldeseite des Hinweisgebersystems erstellt und oberhalb der auswählbaren Schwerpunkte angezeigt. Der Text kann formatiert werden und wird dann auch in dieser Formatierung angezeigt. Der Titel dieses Textbausteins wird nicht verwendet. Die Bezeichnung des Textbausteins wird im Hinweisgebersystem nicht angezeigt.
