Measures dashboard

The measures dashboard provides experts, professionals and observers with information about the fulfillment of measures in the active management system. For this purpose, measures are evaluated and presented on the basis of various key performance indicators (KPIs).

Measures KPIs

The following KPIs are available for the area of measures. How to customize and create dashboards is described under Create and edit dashboards.

Effort of current measures

This KPI provides information about the effort of the ongoing measures of the management system. This means that only open measures from old analysis periods as well as completed and open measures from the current analysis period are displayed. In addition, the origin of the measures can be restricted to selected organizational units.

Double-clicking on a circle segment opens a dialog in which the measures are listed with the respective effort. The measures can also be opened by double-clicking.

The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode.

Caution:

This KPI is only available for selection if the Effort and Impact option is enabled in the management system.

Impact of current measures

This KPI provides information about the impact of the ongoing measures of the management system. Thus, only open measures from old analysis periods as well as completed and open measures from the current analysis period are displayed. In addition, the origin of the measures can be restricted to selected organizational units.

Double-clicking on a circle segment opens a dialog listing the measures with the respective impact. The measures can also be opened by double-clicking.

The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode.

Criticality of open measures

This KPI groups the open measures of the management system according to their analysis periods and their impact. All measures that were open at the time and were not set to completed in these analysis periods are displayed in the analysis periods.

The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode. If no organizational units are selected, measures from all organizational units are displayed.

Measures by OUs - by status

This KPI provides information about the current measures in the organizational units of the management system. The measures are grouped according to their status.

Double-clicking on a bar opens a dialog in which the respective measures are listed. The measures can also be opened by double-clicking.

The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode.

Measures of the OUs - over time

This KPI provides information on how the measures in the organizational units of the management system have developed per analysis period.

A bar represents the number of relevant measures (open, completed or suspended; planned measures are not taken into account) in the analysis period per organizational unit. Double-clicking on a bar opens a selection dialog in which the respective measures are listed and for which their status at the time of the respective analysis period can be seen. The measures can also be opened by double-clicking.

This KPI can also be restricted to selected organizational units. The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode.

Measures by state

This KPI provides information on the status of ongoing management system measures. The origin of the measures can be restricted to selected organizational units.The data is selected either in the editing mode, in the dialog window, or by activating data selection in the view mode.

New messages

This element indicates whether there are progress reports for measures that have yet to be accepted or rejected.

Overdue measures

This KPI provides information on whether there are measures in the management system that were planned in a previous analysis period and have still not been implemented.

The upper red number represents measures that are already at least two analysis periods overdue.
The lower orange number, on the other hand, is the number of measures that are one analysis period overdue.
The corresponding smaller number next to it, if displayed, shows the percentage change in comparison to the previous analysis period.

Measure progress

This KPI represents the average progress of the open measures and makes statements about measure development. The large number to the left shows the average percentage of progress. The small number to the right shows the percentage change in comparison to the previous analysis period.
