My processing activities

Under "My tasks → PAs" you will find all the processing activities for which you are the advisor.

On the left, you can filter the processing activities by status. In the individual points you can see:

All

All processing activities for which you are the advisor. The status of the processing activities has no influence on this.

Pending

The processing activities for which a response has been requested from an expert or professional in which you are an advisor.

Answered

The processing activities that you have processed as an advisor, but have not yet been closed by an expert or professional.

Closed

The processing activities for which you are an advisor and have been finalized by an expert or professional.

Edit/create/update processing activity

As an advisor, you are responsible for processing requested processing activities or can create processing activities yourself.

To create a processing activity, click on the "Plus" button and then fill in the processing activity.
If you have created and edited the processing activity, it must be checked by an expert or professional. To do this, click on "Send processing".

To edit a processing activity, you must double-click the processing activity you want to edit. You will then be redirected to the "edit" screen.
Please note: You can only edit PAs that are requested or in "Draft" status.

update

If a PA in the latest version is no longer up-to-date and must therefore be adapted, it is possible to update the PA.
To update a processing activity, select the desired processing activity by clicking on it. Then click on "Update PA" at the top. This will copy the PA, update it to a new version, set it to draft status and you will be redirected to the new PA.
Then you must edit the processing activity.
