Languages:
There can be knowledge bases available in different languages due to defined translations for used knowledge bases. For example, to generate a report with the English texts, the language must be changed via the flag icon at the top right of the screen, next to the logout button. This will load all content for the reports in the desired language, provided that a translation in that language is available for the knowledge base.
