Like with regular control definitions, it shows thes status of the execution as well as any comments by the implementer(s) and examiner(s). The protocol can also be opened by clicking the magnifying glass in the version history of a file in the doc-management.<p> <i>Note:</i> If a workflow was already created for a document or link and "Approve" is clicked again, one is forwarded to the existing review and approval workflow and can view and, if necessary, edit it.<p> ===Reports and KPIs=== Just as for regular control definitions, reports can be generated and KPIs can be configured for the review and approval workflows. |
