Data protection Dashboard

Data protection KPIs

The following KPIs are available for the privacy dashboard. How to customize and create dashboards is described in Create and edit dashboards.

Data subject categories by PA state

This KPI sorts data subject categories by their appearance in processing activities. Processing activities are listed by their state.

It's possible to filter which processing activities are taken into account. There are the following filtering options:

  • All used data subject categories
all data subject categories that appear in processing activities, no matter the responsibility or organizational/company register.
  • By internal responsible(s)
only data subject categories that appear in processing activities whose responsibility is internal. It's necessary to further restrict which internal responsibilities should be factored in.
  • By organizational register
only data subject categories that appear in processing activities assigned to the selected organizational registers.
  • By company register
only data subject categories that appear in processing activities assigned to the selected company registers.

Double-clicking a bar opens a dialog that shows a list of the corresponding processing activities. The processing activities themselves can also be opened by double-clicking them.

Restrictions and selection of responsibilities, organizational registers, and company registers can be done either fixed in editing mode, or selection is enabled in view mode.

TOCs by status

This KPI provides information on the status of general, specific TOCs (technical and organizational controls) or on the status of controls assigned to DPIAs (data protection impact assessments).

The selection of controls and processing activity or DSFA can be either fixed in editing mode, or the selection is enabled in view mode.

TOMs by status

This KPI provides information on the status of general, specific TOMs (technical and organizational measures) or on the status of measures assigned to DPIAs(data protection impact assessments).

For this purpose, there are the following options for the donut chart:

  • All general TOMs.

  • Measures related to DPIA
