Under "My tasks → Hazard situations" you find all the hazard situations you have reported and those that have been requested to be reviewed by you.

You can also use this page to report hazard situations that have come to your attention.

Report a hazard situation

By clicking on the "Submit hazard situation" button, discovered hazardous situations can be reported.

The hazard situation should describe what exactly the risk is, how you would classify it, and which management system the hazard situation relates to (a decision is necessary if multiple management systems are available).

When you report the hazard situation, it must be reviewed by an expert.

The expert then decides how to proceed with the hazard situation. If they needs further information on the hazard situation, they could request a review of the hazard situation from you. However, the expert can also "discard" the hazard situation e.g. if it is a duplicate. This will show you the hazard situation in the status "discarded".

Review hazard situation

If an expert has questions about a hazard situation for which you are the advisor (e.g., by reporting) or they would like a revaluation of the hazard situation, they can request them from you.

Requested reviews can be performed by double-clicking on the hazard situation.
