Under "My tasks → Hazard situations" you will find all the hazard situations that you have reported and those that have been requested to be checked by you.

You can use this page to report hazardous situations that have come to your attention.

Report a hazard situation

By clicking on the "Submit hazard situation" button, discovered hazardous situations can be reported.

The hazard situation should describe what exactly the risk is, how you would classify it, and decide which management system the hazard situation relates to.

When you report the hazardous situation, it must be reviewed by an expert.

The expert then decides how to proceed with the hazardous situation. If he needs further information on the risk situation, he could request a review of the risk situation from you. However, the expert can also "discard" the threat level e.g. if it is a duplicate. This will show you the threat level in the status "discarded".

Gefährdungslage überprüfen

Wenn ein Experte Fragen zu einer Gefährdungslage hat, bei der Sie Sachbearbeiter sind (z. B. durch melden) oder er eine erneute Überprüfung der Gefährdungslage möchte, kann er diese von Ihnen anfordern.

Angeforderte Überprüfungen können durch Doppelklicken auf die Gefährdungslage durchgeführt werden.
