If you have not licensed the document management Add-on, this page is located in the "Master Data" menu item. If a user is authorised for document management, the page is located in "Doc Management".

Here, authorised users (Expert, Professional and Observer) will find the documents that have been uploaded as attachments in the active management system. Users only see the documents from the modules for which they are authorised. If I do not have a data protection role, for example, I will not see any documents that were uploaded in the data protection module.

Clicking on the name of the document opens a preview of the file. You can also use the entries to navigate to the place where they were attached: the document can be downloaded via the icon to the left of the name.

In the Event type / Event column, you receive information about where the document was attached (e.g. as part of a review, Control, a measure, etc.). You will also find a link here to the event in which the file was attached.

The last column shows the exact date and time at which the file was uploaded.
