My processing activities

Under "My tasks → PAs" you will find all the processing activities for which you are the clerk.

On the left, you can filter the processing activities by status. Underneath the individual points you can see:

All

All processing activities for which you are the clerk. The status of the processing activities has no influence on this.

Pending

The processing activities for which a response has been requested from an expert or professional in which you are a clerk.

Answered

The processing activities that you have processed as a clerk, but have not yet been closed by an expert or professional.

Closed

The processing activities for which you are a clerk and have been finalized by an expert or professional.

Edit / create / update processing activity

As a clerk, you are responsible for processing requested processing activities or can create processing activities yourself.

To create a processing activity, click on the "Plus" button and then fill in the processing activity.
If you have created and edited the processing activity, it must be checked by an expert or professional. To do this, click on "Send processing".

To edit a processing activity, you must double-click the processing activity you want to edit. You will then be redirected to the "edit" screen.
Please note: You can only edit PAs that are requested or in "Draft" status.

Ist eine VT in der aktuellsten Version nicht mehr aktuell und muss deswegen angepasst werden, besteht die Möglichkeit die VT zu aktualisieren.
Um eine Verarbeitungstätigkeit zu aktualisieren, müssen Sie die gewünschte Verarbeitungstätigkeit durch einfaches Klicken markieren. Anschließend müssen Sie oben auf "VT updaten" klicken. Dadurch wird die VT kopiert, auf eine neue Version aktualisiert, in den Status "Entwurf" gesetzt und Sie werden zur neuen VT weitergeleitet.
Anschließend müssen Sie die Verarbeitungstätigkeit bearbeiten.
