Reviews

Under "My Tasks → Reviews" you will find all the reviews, whether they are a Gap analysis, a Reviwe result or a Protection need analysis for which you are the Interview partner or Auditor.

In the left area you can filter the reviews by status. Below the individual items you can see:

All

All reviews for which you are either interview partner or auditor. The status of the check is irrelevant for this.

Pending

The reviews for which a reply was requested by the Lead Auditor for which you are interview partner (Self-Assessments only), Auditor or Lead Auditor.

Answered

The reviews you answered as a self-assessment interviewee.
The reviews which have been answered and now need to be reviewed by you as the auditor. These are indicated in blue by "exam pending".

Closed

The reviews in which you are registered as an interview partner or auditor and have been completed.

Perform review=

As an interview partner in a self-assessment, you are responsible for answering the questions in the case of gap analyses, for entering test results in the case of review results and for evaluating protection goals in the case of protection needs analyses.

Verify reviews

As an auditor or lead auditor, you are either responsible for conducting an audit yourself or must review what the interviewee has filled in. You are also responsible for dealing with the deviations that occur.
