Login

You can use the link from the welcome e-mail to log in to the supplier portal. You can also reset your password here if you have forgotten it. Any 2-factor-authentication is also reset with this.

The validity period of the password link is stated in the welcome e-mail. You can ask your contact person to resend the welcome e-mail.

Portal for suppliers

In this portal supplier users see the reviews assigned to them and also have the possibility of managing their 2-factor-authentication. Find more on 2-factor-authentication here.

Badges next to the folders show how many reviews of which status are waiting for your action. They are also highlighted in bold in the overview. Overdue reviews, meaning whose response deadline has passed, are also specially highlighted with a badge.

Supplier users can view, respond to and return reviews to the risk manager here.

Respond to reviews

Reviews can be assigned to you to respond in self assessment. Open the review with a double click.

This opens an assistant in which you can execute the review step by step, so long as the response deadline hasn't elapsed.

Here you can see an overview of the review's core data.

Here you can see an overview of the contained review objects. A review object is a topic containing multiple review questions.

Here you can see the review questions belonging to a review object. You can click a review question to navigate to it, or use the "Next" button.

Here you can answer the review questions by selecting a reply (Yes, No, Partially, or a maturity level of 0-5) and recording a justification. You see any linked protection targets and their weightings here, as well as evidences uploaded for your viewing.

Once you have answered all review questions, you can return the review to the requester with the "Send answers" button. You can save an interim status at any time with the "Save" button.

Portal for admins

Optionally, the risk manager can give one or more supplier users the role of administrator. They then have access to an extended portal.

In this portal supplier users also see the reviews assigned to them and also have the possibility of managing their 2-factor-authentication. Find more on 2-factor-authentication here.

User management

As an administrator, you additionally see the tab "User management", in which you can create more users and edit existing ones.

Caution: The e-mail addresses are read-only after saving, because they serve as username. Should a mistake have happened here, the user needs to be deleted and created anew.

Note: Admin users can give admin rights to another user, but there needs to always be at least one admin user before saving is possible.

The slide control can be used to deactivate and reactivate users. The "Send" button can be used to resend the welcome e-mail. A user can be deleted with the "trash bin" button.
