If the planned assessment is assigned to an audit, it can be pre-filled with some of the basic data of the audit (start and end date, organizational unit, lead auditor, co-auditors/companions, responsible). When creating an appointment in the calendar, the already selected date is not overwritten. To pre-fill information, simply click the button next to the audit program.
