Functions

Using functions it's possible to further specify the context of a review. In addition to the interview partner, a function can be chosen if review objects are assessed from a task-specific point of view. An example would be the questioning of an interview partner specifically from their perspective in the role of team lead or risk owner.

Functions can be managed under "Audit management → Functions".

Overview of functions

Create/edit functions

To create a function, click the "plus" button in the overview.

To edit a function, double-click it.

Edit function

Code: Code of the function's designation.

Name: A name that identifies the function should be chosen here.

Description: A description of the function can be recorded here.
