HITGuard supports skipping versions. When you upgrade from version 1 to 2, all review objects created with V1 are offered for selection. The review objects that were already created with V2, however aren't. If, on the other hand, you upgrade from V1 to V2.1 or V3, all review objects are offered for selection that were created with V1 or V2.
