* Ist eine VT nicht mehr aktuell und muss deswegen angepasst werden, besteht die Möglichkeit sie zu aktualisieren.
* Um eine Verarbeitungstätigkeit zu aktualisieren, markieren Sie die gewünschte VT durch einfaches Klicken. Anschließend klicken Sie oben auf "VT updaten". Dadurch wird die VT kopiert, auf eine neue Version aktualisiert, in den Status "Entwurf" gesetzt und Sie werden zur neuen VT weitergeleitet.

If a PA in the latest version is no longer up-to-date and must therefore be adapted, it is possible to update the PA.
To update a processing activity, select the desired processing activity by clicking on it. Then click on "Update PA" at the top. This will copy the PA, update it to a new version, set it to draft status and you will be redirected to the new PA.
Then you must edit the processing activity.
