In "Data protection → Settings", experts can configure the data protection module and add configurations to adapt it to the requirements of the management system.
- Enable threshold analysis in the PA
- If activated, every processing activity can be assessed directly within the PA as to whether its implementation may lead to a risk for the data subject. In this case, a new step "Threshold analysis" is available in the processing activity and can be filled in by the responsible person or the advisor.
- Note: If the threshold analysis is activated as part of the PA and has been filled in, and the PA is assigned to a DPIA as the main PA, the set values are adopted and preset in the DPIA's threshold analysis. If the option is not activated, the threshold analysis is only available in the data protection impact assessment.
