Topic collection basic data | |
---|---|
Name | Name the topic collection in a way that you quickly recognize it when creating audits and reviews. |
Description | Describe the contents and objectives of the topic collection. |
Selection of knowledge base | Select the knowledge base(s) here from which you want to add topics to the collection. You can combine any number of knowledge bases in a collection. Topics from a knowledge base can also be added multiple times, if necessary. Topics can be moved from the list on the right into the overview on the left via drag & drop. Only topics containing questions can be added. Topics that do not contain questions but contain further topics can usually be expanded to show their content. |
Active/inactive | With this sliding button you can set topic collections to active or inactive. Inactive topic collections are not suggested in reviews or in the audit planner. |
Topic collection editing | |
Drag & drop | The topics of the collection can be sorted with drag & drop. |
Delete | The topics of the collection can be removed again with the "trash can" button. |
Information on the knowledge base | For every added topic, the knowledge base it comes from is shown (incl. version and date). |
Always use default version | If selected, when using the collection the topic is always taken from that version of the knowledge base you have marked with a heart under Administration > Knowledge bases. If not, the same version is used that was used when creating the topic collection. Find more on the default version here. |
