Die Auswahl der Organisationseinheit für das Audit kann zusätzlich zur Tabelle nach folgenden Kriterien gefiltert werden:
* OrgEh in den letzten x Jahren nicht auditiert.
** Das x kann frei eingesetzt werden. Dadurch werden alle OrgEhs, die in den letzten x Jahren auditiert wurden, ausgegraut dargestellt.
* Vorschlag diese OrgEh in jedem Auditprogramm zu auditieren.
** Beim Erstellen eines Audits wird diese Organisationseinheit immer für Audits vorgeschlagen, wenn sie im jeweiligen Auditprogramm noch nicht eingeplant wurde.
Hinweis: Die Option, eine OrgEh für jedes Auditprogramm vorzuschlagen, übertrumpft die Einschränkung, OrgEhs anzuzeigen, die in einem gewissen Zeitraum nicht auditiert worden. Das heißt OrgEhs, die in jedem Auditprogramm vorgeschlagen werden sollen, sind nicht ausgegraut, egal wann sie zuletzt auditiert wurden.
Hinweis: Die Datenbasis für die Filterung sind alle Audits des Managementsystems.

In addition to the table the following can be used to filter the selection of organizational units:

OrgUnit not audited in the last x years.
- The x can be entered freely. This makes it so all OrgUnits that were audited in the last x years are displayed as grayed out.
Proposal to audit this OrgUnit in each audit program.
- When creating an audit this OrgUnit is always proposed, if it hasn't yet been planned in the current audit program.

Note: The option to propose an OrgUnit for every audit program trumps the restriction of showing only OrgUnits that weren't audited in a certain timeframe. This means that OrgUnits that are to be proposed for every audit program are not grayed out, no matter when they were last audited.

Note: Within an audit program (meaning under Audit management > Audit planning > Audit programs > Edit audit program within the list of assigned audits as well as in the audit calendar) only the audits and blockers of this same audit program are considered for the first checkbox. This means that an OrgUnit that was audited in the last x years outside of this audit program is still not grayed out.
