Da Risiken sowie Chancen mehreren Kategorien zugeteilt sein können, können sie auch mehrmals in diesem KPI vorkommen (oder auch gar nicht, wenn sie nicht kategorisiert sind). Die Anzahl der Risiken/Chancen muss also nicht der Anzahl der Risiken/Chancen in der Risikomatrix entsprechen. Ein Doppelklick auf ein Balkensegment öffnet einen Auswahldialog, in dem die jeweiligen Risiken und Chancen aufgelistet werden. Die Risiken und Chancen können auch mittels Doppelklick geöffnet werden.

As risks and opportunities can be assigned to multiple categories, they can also appear multiple times in this KPI (or not at all, if they haven't been categorized). The number of risks/opportunities therefore does not have to correspond to the number of risks/opportunities in the risk matrix. A double-click on a bar segment opens a dialog with a list of the respective risks and opportunities. The risks/opportunities can also be opened with a double-click.
