Wird beim Import die Datensatz-ID der Organisationseinheit gefunden, so wird keine neuer Geschäftsprozess angelegt, sondern der vorhandene aktualisiert. Das heißt: Die vorhandenen Felder der Importdatei aktualisieren die bereits vorhandenen Felder wie z.B. Beschreibung, Kürzel, Verantwortlicher oder übergeordnete Datensatz-ID. Dies ermöglicht die Pflege einzelner Geschäftsprozesse bzw. Geschäftsprozessstrukturen.
