<u>Whitelisting:</u> Wenn die Verarbeitungstätigkeit auf der Liste der Arten von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten steht, für die keine DSFA notwendig ist, die die Aufsichtsbehörde erstellen kann (Art. 35 Abs. 5), kann die Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung entfallen.

Whitelisting: If the processing activity is on the list of types of processing activities that do not require a DPIA that the supervisory authority may establish (Art. 35(5)), the DPIA may be omitted.
