All created text blocks of the current management system can be found under "Administration → Text blocks". Text blocks can be created in multiple languages by Experts and then be used for sending e-mails by Experts and Professionals.
Create/edit and use text blocks
When creating a text block, make sure that the correct management system has been selected, as text blocks are only available in the management systems they were created in. Click the "Plus" button to create a new text block. Double click an existing text block to edit it.
A name can be entered for each text block which is then displayed when selecting a text block for sending a report via e-mail. This name is not part of the e-mail.
