Under "My Tasks → Reviews" you find all reviews, whether they are a gap analysis, a review result or a protection needs analysis for which you are responsible or an interview partner.

Reviews

In the left area you can filter the reviews by status. Below the individual items you can see:

All

• All reviews for which you are either an interview partner, auditor, or companion. The status of the review is irrelevant for this.

Pending

• The reviews for which a reply was requested by the lead auditor and for which you are an interview partner.
• You also see all reviews for which you are recorded as responsible. In general, the interview partners are tasked with answering the reviews, but as the responsible you can also do so.

Answered

• The reviews you answered as a self assessment responsible or interview partner.
• The reviews which have been answered and now need to be verified by

the lead-auditor are indicated in blue with the tag "exam pending".

Closed

• The reviews in which you are registered as responsible or an interview partner and which have been completed.

Perform review

As an interview partner in a self assessment, you are responsible for answering the questions in the case of gap analyses, for entering review results in the case of review results and for evaluating protection targets in the case of protection needs analyses.

As the responsible of a review you can also perform the self assessment; however, in general this should be done by the interview partner.

Verify reviews

As lead-auditor, you are either responsible for conducting an audit yourself or must review what the interview partner has filled in. You are also responsible for dealing with the gaps that are identified.
