Experts can see all organizational units of the active management system that have measures assigned to them under "Measures → Analysis", including an evaluation of those measures in an analysis period.
% overdue:
- The percentage of overdue measures of the selected analysis period, out of the total.
% finished:
- The percentage of finished measures of the selected analysis period.
Overdue of open and new %:
- The percentage of overdue measures among the open ones of the selected analysis period. For example, if there are still 10 open measures and 2 are overdue (plan date is in the past and the measure has not been implemented), then 20% of the open measures would be overdue.
Ø of progress of open measures:
- The average reported progress of open measures of the selected analysis period. For example, if there are 10 open measures, 3 of which are 50% implemented, 4 are 20% implemented, and the last 3 are 100% implemented, then the average progress is: (3 * 0.5 + 4 * 0.2 + 3 * 1) / 10 = 53%.
Ø of growth of the progress of open measures:
- The average reported progress of open measures of the selected analysis period as compared to that of the previous analysis period. If a measure was 20% implemented in the previous analysis period and the implementation has increased to 70%, then the growth of progress in this case is 50%.
