TOMs are technical and organizational measures or controls that have been created for handling personal data. These measures and controls must be assigned to the technical and organizational measures or controls under "Data protection → TOMs" so that they can be identified in a processing notification to authorities.

Specific TOMs are technical and organizational measures and controls to be implemented specifically for a processing activity. You assign these directly for processing activities.

Nur Datenschutz-Experten und Professionals können unter "Datenschutz → TOMs" die allgemeinen TOMs verwalten.

Hier sehen DP Experten und Professionals alle Maßnahmen, die für alle Verarbeitungstätigkeiten durchzuführen sind.

Es besteht hier die Möglichkeit bereits existierende Maßnahmen zuzuordnen bzw. die Zuordnung bestehender Maßnahmen aufzuheben.

Hier sehen DP Experten und Professionals alle Kontrollen, die für alle Verarbeitungstätigkeiten durchzuführen sind.
