====Wer bekommt wann ein E-Mail?====
Verantwortlicher:
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn die Maßnahme erstellt bzw. in den Status "Offen" versetzt wird (wenn die Einstellung "Info-Mail bei der Zuteilung von Maßnahmen" gesetzt ist).
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn das Fristende der Maßnahme erreicht wird.
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn der Fortschritt der Maßnahme angefordert oder die Anforderung zurückgerufen wird.
*Bekommt bei delegierten Fortschrittsmeldungen ein E-Mail, wenn die ausgefüllte Fortschrittsmeldung an ihn retourniert wird.
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn die Fortschrittsmeldung außerplanmäßig vom Autorisierten bearbeitet wurde.
Delegiert an:
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn eine Fortschrittsmeldung an ihn delegiert wird, die er ausfüllen soll.
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn eine delegierte Fortschrittsmeldung nicht mehr zu beantworten ist.
Managementsystemverantwortlicher:
*Bekommt ein E-Mail, wenn eine neue Maßnahme eingereicht wird.
*Bekommt bei entsprechender Konfiguration unter Maßnahmen > Einstellungen ein E-Mail, wenn das Fristende der Maßnahme erreicht wird.

Who receives an e-mail when?

Responsible:

Receives an e-mail when the measure is created or set to the state "Open".
Receives an e-mail when the progress of a measure is requested or the request is pulled back.
Receives an e-mail for delegated progress reports when the filled in report is returned to them.
Receives an e-mail when the progress report was edited extracurricularly by an authorized user.

Delegated to:

Receives an e-mail when they are delegated a progress report for them to fill in.
Receives an e-mail when a delegated progress report no longer needs to be filled in.

Management system responsible:

Receives an e-mail when a new measure is submitted.
Receives an e-mail when the deadline of a measure is reached, if this is configured under Measures > Settings.
