* Firmenanschrift: Dadurch wird die Anschrift der OrgEh im Bericht aufgenommen. Über die Anzahl der OE-Ebenen wird festgelegt, ob die Bezeichnungen der übergeordneten Organisationseinheiten in die Bezeichnung der auditierten Einheit laut Bericht aufgenommen werden soll.
* Inhaltsverzeichnis: Bestimmt, ob im Bericht ein Inhaltsverzeichnis angedruckt wird.
* Überprüfungen im Detail: Dadurch werden Detailinformationen zu den Überprüfungen im Bericht angedruckt.
* Anmerkungen: Dadurch werden die Anmerkungen zum Audit im Bericht angezeigt.
