Under "Audit management → Settings", the audit management of the current management system can be configured.

Audit management settings

Central Management Representative (CMB):

• The person stored here is automatically entered as "creator" for new audit programs.

Activate determination type for reviews:

• By activating this option, in addition to the assessment, determination types become recordable in the audit questions.
• The following options are available for selection in reviews:
  • Note
  • Recommendation
  • Minor deviation
  • Major deviation

Internal audit required before external audit:

• By activating this option, external audits are marked for which no preparatory internal audits are planned.

Activate function assignment for reviews:

• By activating this option, the functions can be recorded in assessment details.
