Sind die E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen im Managementsystem aktiv, werden bei Statuswechsel alle im Workflow relevanten Personen zur Durchführung ihrer Aufgaben aufgefordert. Dies wäre hier der Sachbearbeiter, wenn ein Experte oder Professional eine Bearbeitung der Verarbeitungstätigkeit anfordert.
