<u>Gemeinsame Verarbeitung:</u>
* Legen zwei oder mehr Verantwortliche gemeinsam die Zwecke der und die Mittel zur Verarbeitung fest, so sind sie gemeinsam Verantwortliche. Sie legen in einer Vereinbarung in transparenter Form fest, wer von ihnen welche Verpflichtung gemäß dieser Verordnung erfüllt, insbesondere was die Wahrnehmung der Rechte der betroffenen Person angeht, und wer welchen Informationspflichten gemäß den Artikeln 13 und 14 nachkommt.
* Hier sollte also kurz beschrieben werden, wer welchen Verpflichtungen gemäß der Verordnung nachkommt.
* Vereinbarungen oder etwaige andere Dokumente, die dafür erstellt wurden, können ebenfalls an dieser Stelle hochgeladen werden.

Joint responsibility:

If two or more persons responsible together decide the purposes and means of a processing activity, they share joint responsibility. In a transparent agreement, they stipulate which of them fulfills which one of the obligations according to the ordinance, especially regarding the rights of the data subjects, and who complies with information obligation in accordance with Articles 13 and 14.
There should also be a short description of who fulfills which obligations according to the ordinance.
