Wird im Zuge eines Imports von Strukturelementen nur der Benutzername angegeben, wird der Verantwortliche dem Element zugewiesen, nicht aber verändert. In diesem Fall muss der Benutzer also schon existieren. Es können beim Reiter "Verantwortliche" in diesem Fall alle Felder bis auf den Benutzernamen ignoriert werden.
